About our Founder: Robyn has done all manner of interesting (and much less interesting things) involving HR and people, both in New Zealand and around the world. Having worked in multi-nationals, not-for-profits, private and public sector organisations across a wide range of industries, she used this experience to create an HR Consultancy for small and medium businesses when moving to the Manawatu 5 years ago.
